Can I book a ticket online?
Yes. You can book online, or buy your ticket at our Nairobi and Kampala offices and by calling or WhatsApping the numbers listed on this site.
Which countries do you serve?
Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan and DR Congo. We have been operating since 2011.
How early should I arrive before departure?
Please be at the booking office at least one hour before the departure time shown on the schedule, especially for cross-border trips that require border clearance.
Can I send a parcel without travelling?
Yes. Drop your parcel at any Trinity Express office and the receiver collects it at the destination office with an ID.
How much luggage can I carry?
Each passenger is allowed reasonable personal luggage. Extra or oversized luggage is charged at the office depending on weight and route.
Are prices the same in both directions?
No. Fares are set in the currency of the departure country, so the Kigali–Kampala fare differs from the Kampala–Kigali fare.
